Greetings
We are new here, but we have been watching this forum for a while. We finally had our AOS interview at the Houston service center around 7:30am. We were quite concerned because my wife entered on a B1 visa (Visa Laser) from Mexico and we had heard that this was very risky. Our lawyer, who is now disbarred, told us that everyone does it this way and that we shouldn't worry about it because he would be with us. Well, as you can guess he was nowhere to be found on judgement day, except maybe jail. Anyway, we went into the interview with our 5 month old baby, our tax forms, my company letter, insurance forms, mortgage insurance forms, etc... Turns out that when the agent saw the baby she didn't even ask for any proof. As you can guess the agent came to the dreaded question of "how did you enter the country" to my wife Blanca. She said that she used her Visa Laser(B1) at which time stood still for me. The agent didn't bat an eye and went on to the next questions:... read complete review
